Преобразование внутренних войск МВД РФ в ФСВНГ Росгвардии послужило толчком для развития снаряжения этого рода войск. Росгвардия как приемник ВВ МВД занимается обеспечением безопасности внутри государства. В отличие от внутренних войск, Росгвардия включает в себя некоторые силовые подразделения, ранее входившие в МВД (ОМОН, СОБР и некоторые другие).

Руководство Росгвардии заявило, что в 2018 году, сотрудники будут оснащены новейшим снаряжением, которое не уступает снаряжению Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации.

Специально для ФСВНГ были разработаны комплекты зимнего и летнего повседневного и парадного снаряжения. Большое внимание было уделено снаряжению для спецподразделений, которые входят в службу войск Национальной гвардии. Снаряжение для спецподразделений, вошедших в Национальную гвардию, будет изготавливаться не только в привычных для них тонах (черных или серых), но в новых расцветка.

Расцветки, используемые в Росгвардии

В ФСВНГ будет использоваться широкий перечень расцветок, начиная классическими однотонными, заканчивая новейшими видами камуфляжа. Войска Национальной гвардии заявили об отказе от общевойскового камуфляжа «ЕМР Лето» и использовании следующих камуфляжей:

Излом для оперативных подразделений. Излом имел большую популярность в коммерческой среде, среди охотников и страйкболистов, но редко использовался в войсках (преимущественно в элитных подразделениях Внутренних войск). Обладает высокими маскировочными свойствами в условиях леса. Рисунок камуфляжа имеет много общего с немецким камуфляжем Flecktarn.

Мох для спецподразделений и разведки. Камуфляжная расцветка Мох так же, как и Излом, имела большую популярность в коммерческой среде. Этот камуфляж был разработан в 2011 и более известен под названием «A-TACS-FG». Потенциал этого камуфляжа уже заметили спецподразделения большинства стран.

В данных камуфляжных расцветках будут изготавливать не только форму одежды, но и чехлы, бронезащитное снаряжение и прочие элементы экипировки.

Новая форма Национальной гвардии РФ (Росгвардии)

К 2018 году Росгвардия получит новую форму одежды. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте Федеральной службы войск.

Военнослужащих Росгвардии планируют обеспечить не только новым спецобмундированием, но и повседневной формой: зимними куртками на меху, куртками-ветровками на молнии с капюшоном и шерстяными свитерами.

Если бы рядом с сегодняшними гвардейцами поставили бы бойцов внутренних войск периода первой и второй компаний на Северном Кавказе, то было бы трудно поверить, что это солдаты одного государства. Настолько разительно отличается новая форма от того, что было раньше. Многие традиционные предметы обмундирования окончательно остаются в прошлом. Так, берцы совсем недавно успели вытеснить сапоги, а сегодня им на смену приходят новые модели обуви, больше похожие на спортивные или треккинговые ботинки. В процессе их производства используются новейшие многослойные материалы, помогающие поддерживать ноги в тепле и сухости в любых условиях. Шлемы имеют мало общего с привычными стальными касками. Основной материал для их изготовления — особое армидное волокно, которое обеспечивает защиту от осколков значительно лучшую, по сравнению со своими предшественниками. При этом вес конструкции всего полтора килограмма. По бокам шлемов установлены крепления для дополнительного оборудования — приборов ночного видения и гарнитуры радиозвязи. Вместо одного ремня, который проходит под подбородком, новый шлем на голове удерживается посредством системы ремней.

Форма Росгвардии содежит предметы парадной, повседневной и полевой формы одежды (по сезону зима/лето, для строя и вне строя) для всех категорий военнослужащих, обмундирование для выполнения особых задач и для экстремальных климатических условий, обмундирование и боевую экипировку подразделений специального назначения.

Новая форма Росгвардии должна соответствовать целому ряду строгих критериев. Среди них — удобство, комфорт и универсальность. Форма одежды, обмундирование и снаряжение личного состава Росгвардии должны отвечать актуальным международным стандартами и обеспечивать эффективное выполнение широкого спектра служебно-боевых задач. Конечно, и узнаваемость одежды нельзя списывать со счетов.

Особое внимание привлекает экипировка спецподразделений. К их форме особые требования, поскольку бойцам при выполнении своих специфических задач нередко приходится сутками не вылезать из одежды. В связи с этим, помимо общей функциональности, удобства, форма для спецподразделений должна быть достаточно прочной, хорошо отстирывающейся и не «садящейся» от носки.

Предельно расширена и функциональность самих материалов. Так, отечественные производители готовы предложить изделия с низкой заметностью в инфракрасном диапазоне.

Некоторые бойцы спецподразделений уже успели оценить новинки. По их словам новой формой они остались довольны. Главное достоинство — не стесняет движения и греет. Сам главнокомандующий Виктор Золотов появился в новом камуфляже со стоячим воротником на молнии.

Не забыты и сотрудники других подразделений Росгвардии. Для них появятся зимние куртки на меху, куртки-ветровки на молнии с капюшоном и новые теплые шерстяные свитера. Появятся новые полевые костюмы — зимний, демисезонный и летний.

Кроме того, вместо нынешних полевых костюмов на снабжение Росгвардии поступят обновленные зимний, демисезонный (ветровлагозащитный) и летний полевые костюмы в зеленой камуфлирующей расцветке для большинства подразделений войск национальной гвардии, а также в серой и темно-серой камуфлирующей расцветке для СОБР и ОМОН. Обмундирование будет удобным, но при этом сохранит отличительные особенности с учетом специфики выполнения подразделениями служебно-боевых задач.

У многих прототипов как демисезонной, так и зимней одежды для бойцов Росгвардии есть капюшоны, разработчики особо подчеркивают, что такая форма хорошо защищает не только от ветра, но и от осадков. Вода отталкивается от поверхности одежды, и она не намокает. А пот, напротив, скапливается в специальной мембране, после чего выводится наружу.

Судя по моделям, представленным производителями, в комплекте зимней формы для бойцов ведомства они видят утепленные куртки (в том числе кожаные), кашне, перчатки, полусапоги, повседневные костюмы, а из белья — тельняшки и футболки. Высших офицеров планируют одеть в каракулевые шапки с козырьком, чины пониже — в ушанки, а военнослужащих женского пола — шапочки-«таблетки». Демисезонная версия формы отличается тем, что вместо зимних курток предлагаются ветровки, а в качестве головных уборов выступают фуражки и кепки.

Еще одна новинка для бойцов Росгвардии — умное термобелье. Производители уверяют, что в нем комфортно при температурах от минус 20 до плюс 20 градусов Цельсия, поскольку в жару оно охлаждает, а в холод — согревает. Кроме того, благодаря компрессионному эффекту термобелье поддерживает мышцы, что позволяет избежать быстрого утомления при нагрузках.

Подразделения ОМОН и СОБР, которые вошли в состав войск Росгвардии, сохранят свою привычную расцветку камуфляжа в серых и темно-серых тонах.

Особый интерес вызвают изделия, выполненные из материалов со свойствами инфракрасной ремиссии (невидимые в ночных прицелах), компрессионное термобелье «Фантом», летняя форма одежды особой прочности «Рысь» для спецподразделений, многоцелевой «рейдовый рюкзак» со съемным модулем.

Также обновляется и парадная форма гвардейцев - в новой форме военнослужащие уже участвовали в параде Победы 2017 года.

Самый, наверное, злободневный вопрос о форме для Росгвардии связан с вневедомственной охраной. Раньше она входила в структуру МВД и по наследству от ведомства получила полицейскую форму. Сотрудники вневедомственной охраны не только занимаются защитой недвижимости, но и помогают полиции в патрулировании улиц, задерживают правонарушителей (правда, протоколы при этом сотрудники Росгвардии не составляют). Отличить наряд ППС от патруля вневедомственной охраны сегодня невозможно: и форма, и раскраска машин у них одинаковая.

Решить эту проблему должна новая повседневная форма вневедомственной охраны. Представленные образцы в целом схожи с одеждой стражей порядка, но есть у них и характерные отличия: цвет прототипов формы не синий, как у сотрудников МВД, а сизый. На верхней одежде — зимних куртках и ветровках — есть не только привычные боковые, но и нагрудные и даже нарукавные карманы. При этом все застежки сделаны на молниях.

Среди интересных образцов, выделяется прототип экзоскелета, который многократно увеличивает возможности человека. Конструкция представляет собой рычаги и сервоприводы, крепящиеся к ногам и рукам таким образом, что компактные электродвигатели придают дополнительный импульс при движении или работе руками. Пока экзоскелеты находятся на экспериментальном уровне, но направление это признано интересным и перспективным, а работы по нему идут активно не только в России но и за рубежом.

Особо стоить выделить экипировку. Например, у омоновцев, помимо, так называемого, офисного и парадного обмундирования, есть три вида служебной формы: «синяя», «зеленая» — для действий в полевых условиях и «черная» — для спецопераций по захвату особо опасных преступников. «Черная» — это усиленная бронезащита, особенно — пуленепробиваемый шлем. Обязательные атрибуты — бронежилет 5-й степени защиты, налокотники, наколенники, набедренники и прочие «навороты».Росгвардия планирует отказаться от камуфляжного узора «Цифра» для полевой формы одежды. Его место на зимних и летних комплектах формы одежды военнослужащих должны занять многоцветные пятнистые узоры «Излом» (для оперативных частей и подразделений) и «Мох» (для спецназа и разведчиков). «Цифровой» камуфляж (еще его называют пиксельным) был основным для внутренних войск, а также поставлялся в отдельные подразделения СОБРа и ОМОНа.
Камуфляж «Цифра» был разработан в конце 2000-х годов. Под обозначением «Единая маскировочная расцветка» (ЕМР) он принят на снабжение Минобороны и другими силовыми ведомствами. Рисунок «Цифры» — это сочетание пятен четырех защитных цветов (светло-зеленый, темно-зеленый, коричневый и черный). Они разбиты на маленькие квадраты- «пиксели» размером от нескольких миллиметров до одного сантиметра.
В качестве основной для полевой формы одежды будет использоваться рисунок «Излом» — для оперативных частей и подразделений, «Светлый мох» — для спецназа и разведчиков.
До недавнего времени «Излом» наравне с «Цифрой» был основным камуфляжем внутренних войск. Полевые комплекты формы одежды с этим рисунком поставлялись преимущественно в разведывательные подразделения, а также отряды специального назначения. «Излом» — это сочетание небольших рваных пятен пяти защитных цветов.
А вот камуфляж «Мох» появился у российских силовиков относительно недавно. Его узор сочетает большие амебообразные пятна. Их цвета подобраны так, чтобы сглаживались границы и обеспечивался плавный переход от одного цвета к другому. Получается единый плавный рисунок без разрывов.

Бойцов массово начнут переодевать в новинки в следующем году

В Росгвардии в пятницу продемонстрировали образцы новой формы одежды и экипировки для бойцов и сотрудников. В презентации принял участие главнокомандующий войсками национальной гвардии Виктор Золотов. Были представлены предметы парадной, повседневной и полевой формы, а так же обмундирование для экстремальных климатических условий и боевая экипировка подразделений специального назначения.

Если бы рядом с сегодняшними гвардейцами поставили бы бойцов внутренних войск периода первой и второй компаний на Северном Кавказе, то было бы трудно поверить, что это солдаты одного государства. Настолько разительно отличается новая форма от того, что было раньше. Многие традиционные предметы обмундирования окончательно остаются в прошлом. Так, берцы совсем недавно успели вытеснить сапоги, а сегодня им на смену приходят новые модели обуви, больше похожие на спортивные или треккинговые ботинки. В процессе их производства используются новейшие многослойные материалы, помогающие поддерживать ноги в тепле и сухости в любых условиях. Шлемы имеют мало общего с привычными стальными касками. Основной материал для их изготовления - особое армидное волокно, которое обеспечивает защиту от осколков значительно лучшую, по сравнению со своими предшественниками. При этом вес конструкции всего полтора килограмма. По бокам шлемов установлены крепления для дополнительного оборудования - приборов ночного видения и гарнитуры радиозвязи. Вместо одного ремня, который проходит под подбородком, новый шлем на голове удерживается посредством системы ремней.

Особое внимание привлекает экипировка спецподразделений. К их форме особые требования, поскольку бойцам при выполнении своих специфических задач нередко приходится сутками не вылезать из одежды. В связи с этим, помимо общей функциональности, удобства, форма для спецподразделений должна быть достаточно прочной, хорошо отстирывающейся и не «садящейся» от носки.

Предельно расширена и функциональность самих материалов. Так, отечественные производители готовы предложить изделия с низкой заметностью в инфракрасном диапазоне.

Некоторые бойцы спецподразделений уже успели оценить новинки. По их словам новой формой они остались довольны. Главное достоинство - не стесняет движения и греет. Сам главнокомандующий Виктор Золотов появился в новом камуфляже со стоячим воротником на молнии.

Не забыты и сотрудники других подразделений Росгвардии. Для них появятся зимние куртки на меху, ветровки и новые теплые свитера. Появятся новые полевые костюмы - зимний, демисезонный и летний.

Как отметил Виктор Золотов, все представленные образцы внешне смотрятся красиво, но они должны пройти обязательную апробацию. Испытания будут достаточно жесткими и пройдут в разных климатических условиях. А на предстоящем Параде Победы расчет Росгвардии выйдет уже в обновленной парадной форме. Процесс массового переодевания Росгвардии начнется в следующем году.
